Mission Statement  

The Kentucky Internet Service Providers Association seeks to promote and ensure an open telecommunications infrastructure owned and operated for by local Kentucky companies for the benefit of all Kentucky consumers; regardless of where they may live within our Commonwealth’s borders. KYISPA promotes:

- Open Access to Content for all Kentuckians regardless of their Internet Provider.

- A Fairly Regulated Telecommunications Industry conducive to competition, innovation, the rapid deployment & adoption of broadband across the Commonwealth. 

- Consumer Privacy and Security from their Service Provider.

- Development of Education, Research and Development within the Telecommunications Industry to encourage economic growth from within our borders and promote investment opportunities for outside corporations and organizations.
